Product Manager (Contract)

Join Statflo as a Product Manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, and other Product team members to understand problems, define outcomes, shape the roadmap, and ship features that enhance customer interactions. You will lead product discovery, maintain a clear roadmap, empathize with customers, collaborate with stakeholders, measure success, and work with Product Marketing on go-to-market plans. • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de conception et d'assurance qualité pour définir la portée, décomposer le travail et livrer des fonctionnalités de haute qualité.
• Diriger la découverte de produits (entretiens avec les utilisateurs, recherche) pour adapter le produit à un environnement commercial en constante évolution.
• Utiliser les données et les retours des clients pour mesurer le succès, surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance et décider des itérations à venir.
• You’re analytical and have used tools like FullStory, and have basic SQL knowledge
• You’re a clear, structured communicator who can turn big ideas into actionable roadmaps and align stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives
• You have 2+ years of product management experience working in a SaaS environment - bonus if it was in telecom, retail, or financial services
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward
• You focus on continuous improvement - you look for ways to improve our product and how we work, and you’re open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• You have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Mindset - when you see a gap or missing process, you not only identify it but proactively put a solution in place
• You have a proven record of thriving in a startup environment or have an entrepreneurial
• You are excited about the idea of working two days a week from our downtown Toronto office, located by Union Station
