About The Role

Join our team as the Head of Embedded Software Platform OS & Technologies. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for exploring technologies and developing reusable components and platform solutions. You will manage embedded software projects, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and ensure the software is robust, future-proof, efficient, and maintainable. You will also be responsible for managing the Embedded Platform OS and Technologies Team, engaging the team, fostering cooperation, and evaluating individual performance. Additionally, you will work as part of a global team, leading stakeholder communication and requirements, and establishing close working relationships with discipline leads.

Lead and manage the platform OS (real-time Linux & security) and technologies (networking, FPGA) teams to deliver software platforms and technologies.
Act as a lead developer by providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, and by contributing to the codebase.
Responsible for managing the Embedded Platform OS and Technologies Team, engaging the team, fostering collective thought process and cooperation.
