Head of Enablement

Join our team as the Head of Enablement, where you will oversee the Architectural Design and Application Coordination teams. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across both functions. Your key responsibilities will include operational leadership and team management, operational excellence and customer experience, process excellence and performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and business performance and operational governance. You should have a Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, event management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in operations, project coordination, customer support, event management, or service delivery, including 5 years in a management/leadership role. Experience within the professional audio, entertainment, or live events industry is an advantage.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams in Architectural Design and Application Coordination to deliver efficient, high-quality support.
• Ensure operational excellence throughout the Application lifecycle while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop and continuously improve operational processes that support scalable business growth, defining and monitoring operational KPIs.
