About The Role

Join L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional audio technology, as a Workday HRIS Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the employee experience, supporting data-driven decision-making, and optimizing HR operations. You will act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Help, and will work closely with HR teams on releases, testing, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or Workday support/configuration roles, and strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.

Act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Help, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Deliver system enhancements and contribute to Workday releases, testing cycles, and tenant management activities.
Partner closely with HR teams on releases, testing, and implementation activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
