Senior Online Marketing Manager (AI & Performance)

Join our team as a Senior Online Marketing Manager (AI & Performance) and drive Performance Marketing, Paid Social, and Display Retargeting across eight European markets and four brands. You'll work at the intersection of Digital Marketing, AI, Data, and Marketing Automation, building scalable campaigns that reach over 30 million monthly users. Your responsibilities will include owning and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns, driving the adoption of AI and Generative AI, and analyzing campaign performance to make actionable business recommendations.

• Drive Performance Marketing, Paid Social, and Display Retargeting across multiple European markets and brands.
• Own and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Criteo, and RTB House.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations, leveraging strong analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPM and CPC
• Collaborative, hands-on mindset with experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• Proven experience integrating AI, Generative AI or AI-powered tools into marketing workflows
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Paid Media, ideally managing feed-based campaigns across web and app
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Display Retargeting and performance optimisation
• Experience with App Marketing and app performance campaigns
• Experience with ProductsUp, Channable, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side GTM (sGTM), Conversions API (CAPI) or Meta Events Manager
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Adverity, QuickSight or similar analytics platforms
• Another European language
