Software Engineer (CMS, Registry Support)

About The Role
Join a high-impact support team as a Software Engineer focused on maintaining the reliability and operational health of CMS services. You will work across the full stack, contribute to incident response and reliability improvements, and collaborate closely with various teams. Responsibilities include monitoring application health, diagnosing production issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting releases and patches.

- Participer à la réponse aux incidents de production en triant les problèmes et en contribuant à la résolution conformément aux SLA définis.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Développement, Plateforme et Base de données pour garantir la disponibilité du service, respecter les SLA et soutenir la livraison de changements en toute sécurité.
- Experience supporting SQL Server–based applications, including basic performance analysis and operational tasks (AWS RDS experience a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM
- A DevOps mindset with interest in build, deploy, operate, and improve workflows
- Interest in using AI-assisted development and intelligent QA tools to improve productivity
- Hands-on experience with .NET and C#, including modern .NET runtimes, for production support and fixes
- Strong collaboration, communication, and ownership mindset
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred), including release support and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, with the ability to debug issues across the stack
- Comfort working in production environments and responding to incidents
- Prior experience in L2/L3 production support or on-call rotations
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with modern test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress)
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
