About The Role

Join Illumio's People Operations team as the People Analytics Lead. In this role, you will drive the People Analytics and Workday roadmap, deliver actionable analytics, and ensure our systems support scale and global readiness. You will collaborate with various teams, establish data governance, and provide user enablement. Partner with People leaders to shape the People Systems and Analytics roadmap, ensuring Workday/Fabric and connected tools deliver scalable, employee-centric workflows.
Establish and uphold clear data governance, ownership, and standards across all People processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
Design, maintain, and enhance Fabric dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, leadership reporting, and operational decision-making.
We are seeking a hands‑on builder with systems expertise, Workday, Fabric analytics experience, and a bias for operational excellence - someone who anticipates risks, addresses complexity, and elevates the employee experience through data and technology
Demonstrated experience applying AI‑enabled analytics and automation within HR systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Fabric) to improve data insights, operational efficiency, and employee experience
Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of building dashboards and delivering meaningful insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Workday certification(s), and/or data privacy certifications preferred
Experience in SaaS or high growth tech is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience delivering Workday enhancements, and cross‑functional system rollouts
Experience with systems such as ServiceNow and CultureAmp is a plus
Skilled project manager able to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
6+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with deep, hands‑on Workday analytics expertise (dashboards, embedded analytics). Experience with Microsoft Fabric highly desired
