About The Role
Join Illumio, a leader in cybersecurity, as a Product Manager. In this role, you will drive the development of products that protect networks from cyber-attacks. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, define product requirements, lead scrum teams, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth. You will also develop subject matter expertise in the Zero Trust space and champion the voice of the customer in product development.
- Lead the development of products that ensure that cyber-attacks don’t spread to become cyber disasters, defining product requirements and delivering products to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and customers to deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth, and champion the voice of the customer into epics and user stories for scrum teams.
- Play a key role in developing product launch programs, authoring insightful presentations, papers, and blog entries with Illumio’s marketing team based on the solutions created.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise software delivery models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Established practice of utilizing data and analytics to inform product decisions
- The ability to analyze and anticipate market trends
- Ability to seamlessly pivot between strategic & tactical priorities
- Understanding of technical limitations and tradeoffs
- 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, sales engineering, product management, or customer support
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- A passion for creating practical products that deliver value for customers
- Product management experience in cloud security, network security, cloud networking, enterprise networking
- Strong understanding of security and networking technologies in public clouds and in data centers
- Experience with Zero Trust Segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), endpoint detection and response (EDR), Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), and other cybersecurity technologies
- Understanding of data and AI technologies, including analytics, telemetry, machine learning and LLM
- Experience with public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud native architecture, micro services, containers, K8s, etc
- Ability to influence technical discussions with engineering, architects and other PMs
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in engineering or systems engineering
