Senior Manager of Engineering (Cloud Security)

• Lead and manage a cloud engineering team responsible for developing scalable, distributed cloud services using containerized microservices in a multi-cloud environment.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality automation, observability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align development with business goals, manage the full software development lifecycle, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and collaborate across teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Experience in network security, TCP/IP, REST APIs, and Unix/Linux environments
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in managing cloud engineers
