Software Engineer (Cloud Security)

Join our Engineering team as a Software Engineer (Cloud Security) and help make the digital world a safer place. You will develop containerized microservices for a distributed multi-tenant system, design your service, and mentor junior engineers. You will primarily write code in Go and work with data pipelines using SQL. You will own critical features and subsystems, the entire software development lifecycle, and code quality. You will also partner with Product Management to refine requirements and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

• Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des services microservices conteneurisés pour un système distribué multi-tenant.
• Mentorer les ingénieurs juniors, les nouveaux diplômés et les stagiaires pour les aider à se développer en tant qu'ingénieurs.
• Posséder des fonctionnalités critiques et des sous-systèmes et gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du développement logiciel.
• Experience in Go and SQL
• AWS / Azure / GCP cloud experience:
• Our platform is K8s based so experience delivering a containerized serviced is desired
• Extensively used one of these platforms at the API/programming level
• 2+ years building distributed & scalable software and systems
• Passion for software development, willing to constantly learn, keeping up with technological trends, and working in a team setting
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree. Master’s degree a plus
• General TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Experience with networking and security controls is a plus
• REST API client experience
• CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible are nice to have
• Unix/Linux programming environment experience
