• Own the end-to-end process of production CTR/CVR prediction models, including modeling, evaluation, feature pipelines, online experimentation, and post-launch operations.
• Identify and integrate new data sources and derived features to improve model performance, focusing on finding signals that others may have missed.
• Design and implement offline evaluation, online A/B testing, and iterate quickly based on results, while diagnosing any divergences between offline and online performance.
• Experience writing code in Python
• Experience with data analysis
• Comfortable functioning under ambiguity
• 5+ years of machine learning experience with a track record of shipping production-grade models in business-critical environments. We don't filter on degrees
