Engineering Manager (London)

Join Zopa, a pioneering fintech company that launched the first peer-to-peer lending platform in 2005 and recently established Zopa Bank in 2020. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead teams of talented engineers, drive change, and improve the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with product partners and other stakeholders to plan ahead, navigate trade-offs, and tackle challenges early. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days a week in our London office.

• Lead and manage teams of engineers, fostering their growth and development while ensuring high-quality delivery of products.
• Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and navigate trade-offs in product development.
• Drive change and improvement within the organization by using customer feedback and service data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
