About The Role

Join Zopa, a pioneering fintech company that has redefined banking. As a Merchant Operations & Onboarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new merchants, supporting existing ones, and improving operational processes. You will work closely with various teams, manage support queries, and use data to recommend improvements. This hybrid role requires you to be in the Manchester office 2-3 days a week.

Coordinating merchant onboarding across Payments and Retail Finance platforms, working with Sales, Implementation, and Merchant Success to support successful launches.
Acting as the main operational contact for a portfolio of merchants, managing support queries through Zendesk, and coordinating complex issues with internal teams.
Improving onboarding and support processes through automation and AI, maintaining Help Centre content, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks.
