About The Role

Join Zopa, a company on a mission to become Britain's best bank. As a Mobile Engineering Manager, you will lead the Mobile Platform team, responsible for the app's architecture, shared capabilities, and build and analytics infrastructure. You will report to the Head of Engineering of Mobile and work closely with the Principal Engineer in Mobile and the entire mobile community. This is a leadership role that requires technical acumen, project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex high-profile strategic projects at scale.

Managing the engineers in the Mobile Platform team, motivating the team, and driving quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Working closely with the Principal Engineer in Mobile and the entire mobile community to execute the technical strategy for the mobile app and improve how it is built, distributed, and observed.
Communicating with stakeholders (technical and otherwise) and bringing product teams closer together, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
