• Ownership and improvement of Zopa's first-line frameworks for Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management, including creating clearer guidance and better templates.
• Leading practical improvements that reduce assessment time, improve the quality of risk information, clarify ownership, and speed up approvals.
• Overseeing key Operational Resilience activities, including Zopa's Self-Assessment, Important Business Services, impact tolerances, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and resilience testing.
