Join Zopa, a leading digital bank in the UK, as a Senior Financial Crime Strategy Manager. In this pivotal role, you will shape and evolve our financial crime framework, lead major strategic initiatives, and partner with various teams to design smarter controls and improve customer outcomes. You will have genuine ownership and influence, working on high-impact initiatives that shape how we prevent financial crime while delivering great customer experiences.

Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Financial Crime, leading major strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Lead major financial crime initiatives from concept to delivery, including transaction monitoring, screening, customer risk assessment, and control optimization.
Design and enhance financial crime controls across KYC, screening, monitoring, SARs, and customer risk assessment, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
