Customer Solutions Consultant - French Market

Join Agicap, a fast-growing FinTech startup, as a Customer Solutions Consultant for the French market. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing tailored activation strategies for clients, ensuring maximum value and return on investment. You will also maintain and develop the use of the solution and new features among clients, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to product development by conveying client feedback. The ideal candidate has a degree from a top business school, strong customer relationship skills or financial skills, and an excellent level of French.

• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'activation personnalisée pour chaque client, en résolvant des problèmes complexes et en configurant le logiciel.
• Assurer que Agicap crée une valeur maximale pour les clients et réalise leur retour sur investissement (ROI).
• Participer activement à l'identification et à la qualification des opportunités de vente additionnelle et de recommandations.
• You have a degree from a top business school (Master's level, Bac+5).
• You have strong customer relationship skills: you have 2-3 years of experience in customer relations (ideally as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, with experience in FinTech being a bonus).
• Or you have strong financial skills: you have 1-3 years of experience in financial audit, management control, or in implementing financial tools (such as ERP accounting, management, or treasury systems).
• You have an excellent level of French and are able to lead full business conversations
• You are capable of multitasking and managing changing priorities within tight deadlines.
• You enjoy challenges and strive to exceed your goals.
• You are eager to move quickly, to meet with our users frequently, and to pick up the phone to help them.
• You love advising, arguing, and convincing.
