About The Role

Join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where you'll take ownership of our Secure Access build systems and infrastructure. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to modernize and streamline our build processes while ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery. You'll have the chance to make architectural decisions that impact the entire engineering organization and see the direct impact of your work on product delivery.

Ownership of Secure Access product build system and infrastructure, including monitoring build health, optimizing build performance, and managing source code branch structure.
Designing and implementing build process improvements, evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies, and driving automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
Coordinating build schedules with development teams, executing release tasks, and supporting release validation and verification processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of version control systems and branching strategies
Strong scripting and automation skills (Perl, Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Proven experience managing build systems in production environments
Understanding of software build processes and dependencies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5-7 years of professional experience in DevOps, build engineering, or related field
Demonstrated ability to improve and optimize technical processes
Strong background in software development lifecycle and release management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Experience with Perforce and Git version control systems
Proficiency with Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms
Experience writing and maintaining makefiles, gradle and build scripts
Familiarity with C++ and Java
