Staff/Senior Staff Electrical Test Engineer

As a Senior Staff Electrical Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ATE test solutions for our products, collaborating with multi-functional teams, and driving manufacturing activities. • Definir, desarrollar, implementar y apoyar soluciones de prueba ATE para los productos de fotónica de silicio de Lightmatter.
• Participar activamente con equipos multifuncionales para depurar fallas del producto, implementar soluciones óptimas y promover la correlación entre simulación, banco y entornos de prueba.
• Colaborar con proveedores de OSAT/pruebas para desarrollar la infraestructura de hardware y software de prueba ATE.
• 8+ years of ATE Test Development Experience using Advantest V93000 or Teradyne
• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, such as excel, JMP, etc
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Java
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience maintaining and releasing ATE test programs to OSAT
• Mixed Signal and high speed Serdes test experience
• Able to read and understand firmware code
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including Scan
