Lending Strategy Associate

As a Lending Strategy Associate, you will be a key analytical problem solver, working on various commercial, product, risk, pricing, and data-related questions. This hands-on role requires strong SQL skills, excellent Excel/Google Sheets ability, and Python or similar coding ability. You will design and run commercial experiments, analyze growth opportunities, build models, and improve data foundations behind commercial decision-making.

• Designing and running commercial experiments, defining hypotheses, agreeing on success metrics, monitoring results, and recommending next actions.
• Analyzing growth opportunities across offers, pricing, eligibility, renewals, customer journeys, and partner performance, and using SQL, Excel, and Python to understand performance drivers.
• Building models to size opportunities and assess trade-offs across conversion, funded amount, risk, pricing, margin, and customer experience.
