About The Role

Join YouLend, a rapidly growing FinTech company that is the preferred embedded financing platform for leading e-commerce platforms, tech companies, and Payment Service Providers. As the Credit Risk Lead, you will oversee and drive the growth of our US business, leading the credit risk and underwriting team, developing and innovating our credit strategy, monitoring portfolio performance, and managing team performance. You will need at least 5 years of experience in credit risk or underwriting, strong quantitative and deductive reasoning skills, and the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Ownership of the Credit Strategy for the US market, contributing to the delivery of business KPIs.
Leading the US credit risk and underwriting team, developing and innovating the credit strategy.
Monitoring portfolio performance, identifying trends in credit quality, and recommending actions to mitigate emerging risks.
