Funding Specialist

As a Funding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient funding process for our merchants. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams, review merchant applications, verify supporting documentation, and coordinate funding activities from approval to disbursement. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth.

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, financing solutions, funding processes, and partner ecosystem to effectively support merchant funding.
• Review approved funding applications and verify all required documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations teams to resolve outstanding conditions and facilitate timely funding.
