As an Underwriting Manager, you will lead and develop our US underwriting team while remaining actively involved in underwriting decisions and process improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a team of underwriters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as an escalation point for complex underwriting decisions and provide guidance on credit risk assessments.
Monitor team performance, underwriting quality, portfolio trends, and operational KPIs, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
