Director of Product Design

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them excel in their roles.
• Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy and deliver customer impact, actively participating in the design and development process.
• Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams

• Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
• Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
