About The Role

Join Ramp, a fast-growing technology company, as an Office Coordinator in our Miami office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and supporting HR and Finance with administrative tasks. You will also assist with organizing company events and internal communications, and liaise with facility management, IT support, and service vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional work environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, mail, and emails, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks such as onboarding, time tracking, or invoice processing, and assist with organizing company events.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to improve office systems and processes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professionalism in person, by phone, and via email
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to lift/move office supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs) and oversee basic facilities tasks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and comfort taking initiative
  • Event-planning background, including off-site logistics and catering coordination
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements and expense reconciliation
  • Vendor-management skills and comfort liaising with facilities, IT, and external partners
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a technology or high-growth startup environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Miami office focus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
  • 1+ years of hospitality, administrative, or office coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
