Risk Operations (Collections)

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining operational initiatives to collect from delinquent and high-risk customers. You will utilize your excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills to ensure timely collections and support customers' financial well-being. • Assurer la collecte en temps voulu des comptes en souffrance et à haut risque des petites entreprises et des comptes commerciaux par le biais de communications sortantes et entrantes.
• Équilibrer la capacité de paiement du client, réconcilier les paiements du client et l'appétit pour le risque de Ramp pour négocier des plans de paiement.
• Utiliser et développer des outils pour aider à gérer efficacement votre portefeuille et garantir l'excellence opérationnelle en atteignant les KPI et les SLA de l'équipe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong background in customer support via phone and email
• Have the ability to grow, develop and learn in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Experience with collecting on commercial financial products like credit cards, loans, etc
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, recoveries or credit risk management operations via phone and written correspondence
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Investigative and critical thinking skills
• Experience in high growth startups

• Experience in SMB or Commercial collections
