Senior Associate of Strategic Finance

Join Ramp's Strategic Finance team as a Senior Associate. This pivotal role involves shaping the company's financial strategy and operations as it approaches a pre-IPO moment. You will have the opportunity to work in three complementary tracks: Product Finance, FP&A, and GTM Finance & Operations. Your responsibilities will include building financial models, driving consolidated forecasting, designing scalable GTM processes, and partnering closely with business leaders. • Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy, using data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership.
• Drive consolidated forecasting, run budgeting cycles, and build tooling to automate finance workflows, helping to run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles.
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability, managing company performance against financial targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
• 4+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
• Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
• Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
• Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
• Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required
