Software Engineer (Onboarding)

Join Ramp, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Software Engineer on the Onboarding team. In this role, you will own workstreams that expand Ramp's total serviceable market and improve the end-to-end customer onboarding experience. You will partner with product, data, and design, and work directly with stakeholders across sales, marketing, risk strategy, operations, and finance. • Automatiser et améliorer les opérations de décision d'application grâce à l'automatisation et à l'assistance de l'IA.
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit, données et design pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et accélérer la croissance de Ramp.

• Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role
• Perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft
• Experience with Python (Flask), SQL, and modern observability tooling
• Experience with applying AI/LLMs in production use cases
• Fintech or payments experience (credit underwriting, risk, compliance)
• Exposure to AI- or rule-based automation systems
