Strategic Finance Associate

Join Ramp's Strategic Finance team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth and success. As a Strategic Finance Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work across three complementary tracks: Product Finance, FP&A, and GTM Finance & Operations. You'll build and own detailed financial and operational models, use data to influence key strategic decisions, and partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact at a pre-IPO company during a pivotal moment in its growth.

• Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy, using data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership.
• Drive consolidated forecasting, run budgeting cycles, and build tooling to automate finance workflows, helping to run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles.
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability, managing company performance against financial targets.
• A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
• Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
• Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
• Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
• Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required
