Senior Recruiter (Design)

In this role, you will partner with design leadership to hire exceptional designers across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. You will lead searches from inception to close, foster relationships within the design community, and improve Ramp's hiring processes. • Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines.
• Identify and engage talent through various channels, including social media, portfolio sites, and industry events.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design, leading searches from inception to close.
• An experimental mindset and a willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
• Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a track record of earning trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including experience hiring for Design roles
• Strong understanding of what differentiates great design talent
