About The Role
Join eXalt, a fast-growing consulting firm focused on digital transformation and real impact. As an AI Engineer, you will design and develop robust AI solutions, create and scale AI and ML pipelines, integrate state-of-the-art AI APIs, automate complex workflows, and optimize AI architectures. You will work on high-impact projects involving generative AI, intelligent automation, and complex system integration in demanding enterprise environments.
- Design and develop AI solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and large language models (LLMs).
- Create and scale AI and machine learning pipelines using Python, and integrate state-of-the-art AI APIs (OpenAI).
- Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams within Agile rituals, and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of AI architectures.
- You are an applied AI enthusiast with a strong "production-first" mindset and a focus on business value.
- **The Essentials:**
- **Experience:** 4 to 8 years in Data, AI, or Intelligent Automation.
- **Hard Skills:** Deep expertise in **Python** (FastAPI, LangChain, ML frameworks, Vector Databases).
- **Hands-on Tech:** Concrete experience with RAG, OpenAI API, n8n, UiPath, and OCR solutions.
- **Structure:** Solid background in software architectures and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- **Methodology:** Comfortable working in Scrum or Agile environments.
- **Languages:** Fluent in French (C2) and professional English (C1). Dutch is a strong plus.
