Business Analyst: AI & Innovation (Trilingual)

As a trilingual AI-Focused Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT engineering teams, identifying high-value AI use cases and translating them into structured requirements. You will lead workshops, map processes, assess AI value, manage backlogs, and ensure quality and acceptance of AI solutions. This is a permanent contract position based in Belgium, requiring fluency in English, French, and Dutch.

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points and high-impact AI/Automation opportunities.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, User Stories, and data specifications for AI Engineers.
• Act as the "translator" between non-technical business leaders and technical AI pods, ensuring effective communication.

• You are a structured, analytical professional who understands that AI is a tool to solve business problems, not just a trend.

**The Essentials:**

• **Experience:** 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant in digitalization projects.
• **Trilingual Skills:** Excellent command of **English, French, AND Dutch**. Being able to navigate workshops in all three languages is a core requirement.
• **AI Sensitivities:** A strong interest or previous exposure to AI projects (Chatbots, Automation, Data Analytics, or GenAI).
• **Analytical Rigor:** Proven ability to document complex business rules and data-driven processes.
• **Methodology:** Perfect command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like **Jira & Confluence**.
• **Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills to navigate through various levels of stakeholders, from C-level to Developers.
