Business Analyst - eXalt BELGIUM

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transformation projects, focusing on business processes, operational efficiency, and business requirements. You will work directly with business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that the delivered solution meets user expectations and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business needs, documenting existing business processes, translating business needs into functional requirements, and facilitating communication between business and IT teams.

• Gather and analyze business needs through workshops and stakeholder discussions, and document existing business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, and support backlog management and prioritization.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions, and prepare and support testing and user acceptance phases.

• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban or similar
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Structured project environments
• Business process analysis and optimisation
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, testers and business stakeholders
• Transformation projects involving process improvement, digitalisation or system integration

**Your profile**

• Confirmed experience as a **Business Analyst**, Functional Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience in **business process analysis**
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Structured, analytical and comfortable in complex environments
• Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders
• Fluency in **English** and in **French or Dutch**
