As a Senior Data Governance & AI Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for evolving traditional data governance into a proactive, AI-ready framework. You will ensure that the data consumed and generated by AI systems is governed, secure, and compliant with the EU AI Act. Your mission will involve defining data governance policies for AI training, evaluating AI use cases based on data readiness and risk, implementing AI-driven tools for automated data governance, and leading the organization's posture on responsible AI.

• You are a Data Governance veteran who understands that the "Data-Information-Decision" chain is now being accelerated by AI.
• **The Essentials:**

• **Experience:** 7+ years in **Data Governance**, Master Data Management (MDM), or Data Quality, with a clear focus on high-impact transformation programs.
• **AI Data Literacy:** Strong understanding of how data flows through AI architectures (Vector DBs, Embeddings, Fine-tuning). You know that "Garbage In, Garbage Out" is the ultimate risk in AI.
• **Regulatory & Ethics Expertise:** Deep knowledge of **GDPR** and the **EU AI Act**. You can translate legal requirements into data architecture constraints.
• **Authority & Leadership:** Ability to stand your ground against business pressure to ensure ethical and compliant data usage.
• **Tools & Frameworks:** Proficiency with Data Governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation) and Agile methodologies.
• **Languages:** Trilingual environment – Proficiency in **English** and professional mastery of **French or Dutch**.
