Join a fast-growing European tech startup backed by XAnge, a leading venture capital firm. As COO or General Manager, you will be the CEO's right hand, turning strategy into execution across various functions. Your mission will be to translate company strategy into smooth, scalable execution, own P&L and budget management, lead cross-functional teams, and support fundraising rounds. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in a high-growth company, with a strong track record in operational leadership.

• Translate company strategy into execution by establishing OKRs, KPI frameworks, and operational processes across functions.
• Own P&L, budget management, and financial reporting alongside the CEO, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, Tech) to ensure alignment and accountability in achieving company goals.

• **Who we're looking for**

• **Preferred experience:** 10+ years including a COO, General Manager or broad operational leadership role in a high-growth company, having scaled cross-functional teams.

• **Hard skills:** P&L and budget management, financial reporting; OKRs and KPI frameworks; operational process design; unit economics, burn rate, runway; fundraising support; consulting, investment banking or high-growth ops background a plus.
• **Soft skills:** structured and analytical; cross-functional leadership; trusted CEO partner; pragmatic problem-solver; calm under pressure.
