• **Who we're looking for**
• We care about track record and mindset, not pedigree. 10+ years is a guideline, not a hard rule: exceptional profiles below that threshold are welcome.
• **Preferred experience:** 10+ years in software engineering with several in technical leadership (Seed to Series B+), having built and scaled tech teams through hypergrowth.

• **Hard skills:** cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure); backend (Python, Node.js, Java, Go), APIs, microservices; modern practices (CI/CD, DevOps, agile/scrum); shipping at pace while managing tech debt; AI/ML or data infrastructure a plus.
• **Soft skills:** technical leadership and mentoring; comfortable in board meetings; cross-functional collaboration with Product and business; pragmatic decision-making; builder mindset.
