About The Role

Join Array Labs, a high-growth technology company in the aerospace industry, as a full-time Office Manager. You will be the operational heart of our headquarters, managing facilities, vendors, and team events, while providing administrative support to the COO. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in office management or administrative assistance, proficiency in Google Workspace, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations, including facilities, vendors, building management, and day-to-day office needs.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment, proactively managing supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Plan and execute team events, company off-sites, all-hands logistics, and recurring office celebrations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or workplace operations
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and workplace tools, such as Slack
  • Available to work on-site five days a week
  • Warm, proactive communicator who takes initiative and follows through
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in office management at a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record in planning company events, off-sites, or team programming
  • Experience providing administrative support to C-Suite executives and/or operations team
  • Familiarity with facilities management, office space planning, or office build-outs
  • Comfort with expense management tools, such as Ramp
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating office service contracts
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive nature
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization
  • Enthusiasm for Array Labs’ mission and curiosity about the aerospace industry
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
