Strategy & Operations Manager

Join Array Labs as the first dedicated Strategy & Operations Manager. In this individual contributor role, you'll report directly to the COO and be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving foundational improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, augmenting people operations, managing vendor relationships, and handling event and travel logistics. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of operations experience, preferably in an early-stage startup, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction.

• Manage day-to-day operations for Array Labs, driving foundational improvements to help scale the operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide decision making in operational tooling and infrastructure.
• Augment people operations, including onboarding, off-boarding, policy documentation, and benefits coordination.
• Broad operational experience spanning work with vendors, facilities, people ops, and cross-functional coordination
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• 5–10 years of operations experience, with meaningful time at an early-stage startup, where processes and structure were still being developed
• Prior experience as an early or first operations hire
• Exposure to government contracting businesses or environments
• Experience working at a consulting, investment banking, hardware, aerospace, or defense company
