About The Role

Join Array Labs as a Technical Program Manager, where you will be responsible for executing the engineering roadmaps and company priorities. You will build and maintain schedules, resolve resource conflicts, and work closely with engineering leadership and the executive team. Your role will be critical in delivering mission-critical hardware and software that will improve our understanding of the changing planet.

  • A high level of personal accountability and the "whatever it takes" attitude required to hit mission-critical deadlines
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting complex, high-stakes technical programs with a track record of delivering integrated hardware/software systems
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between deep-tech engineering details and executive-level strategy
  • Hands-on experience in the design, development, integration, or test of electronic or mechanical hardware systems
  • Experience with scripting (Python, SQL) or data visualization tools to automate program metrics and performance tracking
  • Proven success in a high-growth, ambiguous, or "clean-sheet" hardware environment
  • Familiarity or experience with the aerospace industry or exposure to development of safety-critical hardware systems
