Entry Level Accounting Assistant

Join our growing team as an Entry Level Accounting Assistant. This is an entry-level position that supports our Accountants and Senior Accounts. You will be responsible for uploading files, reviewing transactions, coding checks, reconciling transactions and accounts, and communicating with customers. This role is a great opportunity for those finishing their degrees or new graduates looking to start their accounting careers. • Assister les comptables et les comptes seniors en téléchargeant des fichiers, en examinant des transactions, en vérifiant des codes et en réconciliant des transactions.
• Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir les informations nécessaires au processus de comptabilité.

• 1+ year in a professional work environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• AA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited college or university or currently pursuing a degree in those fields
• Fast learner with a willingness to continually learn and grow
• Motivated and self-driven
