As a Banquet Chef, you’re not just leading culinary production for banquet events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef or above in banquets, preferably in a high volume hotel or resort setting. Prior experience managing employees within a union environment is a huge plus!
