About The Role

Join Iterable as the Director of GTM AI Enablement, where you will lead the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of our go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs. You will build a high-performing enablement team, implement scalable systems, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the global revenue organization. Your role will involve designing a just-in-time learning system, partnering with RevOps, owning end-to-end onboarding, and translating business objectives into enablement initiatives. You will also proactively audit the sales process, maintain consistent messaging and quality standards, and report regularly to GTM leadership on enablement performance.

  • Strong leader who builds trust with their team and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Deep fluency with enablement platforms (Guru, Momentum, Salesforce)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enablement or content teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally martech or an adjacent space
  • Former SC / sales engineer background a plus — can speak the technical language
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence
  • Skilled content producer who can set a high editorial bar for the team
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set vision and zoom in on a single talk track
  • Experience building or deploying AI/ML-enhanced enablement programs
  • Excellent program management across a high-volume, fast-moving roadmap
  • Strong analytical skills - measure everything and iterate fast
  • 7+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — builds structure and clarity where it doesn't yet exist
