Engineering Manager (Creator Analytics)

Join Roblox as an Engineering Manager for Creator Analytics. In this role, you will lead a team of senior engineers and drive the technical direction and delivery of major investments in Creator Analytics systems. You will work closely with product and data platform teams, and partner with senior engineering leadership to translate long-term technical strategy into actionable roadmaps. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of engineering experience, a track record of delivering successful technical solutions, and experience in analytics platforms or large-scale data products.

• Lead the technical direction and delivery of major investments across Creator Analytics systems, ensuring high engineering quality.
• Manage and develop a team of senior engineers across frontend, backend, and fullstack development, fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
• Drive alignment and execution across related partner teams, translating long-term technical strategy into durable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Proven team leadership experience, including managing and developing engineers
• Bonus: experience in gaming, ad-tech, experimentation platforms, or consumer analytics at scale
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including work on large-scale and long-lived technical systems
• Track record of delivering successful technical solutions with measurable impact
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and cross-functional teams
