Engineering Manager (Observability Infrastructure)

Join Roblox as an Engineering Manager for the Observability team, where you will lead the development of AI-powered observability platforms. This highly impactful leadership role will directly improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational excellence across the company. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of observability infrastructure at Roblox.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
• Strong experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure
• Experience with observability platforms or AI/ML-powered infrastructure is a plus
