Finance Business Partner (Trust & Safety)

Join Roblox as a Finance Business Partner for the Trust & Safety team. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Safety, Legal, and Infrastructure teams, supporting various FP&A functions, including short-term planning management, financial modeling, and finance operations. You will communicate and organize with multiple teams on various deliverables, support monthly financial cycles, review important financial metrics with senior leadership, and lead cross-functional projects. You will also develop a long-range model for customer support and moderation teams, collaborate with the safety data science team, and manage projects across the FP&A team.

• Advanced skills for using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to analyze data
• Bachelor's degree with major in economics or quantitative field (finance/accounting, math, science) or equivalent experience
• Proficient in using PowerPoint to communicate recommendations to team members and partners
• Prior experience in a public company is helpful
• Experience creating financial and operational models
• Experienced with SQL, Anaplan, Tableau or other BI tools
