Senior Product Manager (UI Ecosystems)

Join Roblox as a Senior Product Manager for UI Ecosystems. You will own the vision and strategy for Foundation, Roblox's design system, and work to improve the quality of UI/UX across all platforms. You will report to the Director of Product for Consumer Frontend and be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing and tracking design system completeness, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to evangelize accessibility improvements and represent Foundation at events.

• Deep experience in internal stakeholder management and alignment
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with various teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and policy, to conceptualize, develop, test, and launch impactful UI changes
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game UI or multi-platform UI delivery would be beneficial but is not a requirement
• The ability to clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels
• Expertise in navigating platform product development where internal engineers/designers are your primary customers
• Experience defining, managing, or driving adoption of design systems, UI platforms or platform-wide UI changes
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers. Experience with Luau, similar languages, and/or the React framework would be beneficial but are not required
• Strong design sensibilities and a history of strong product to design working relationships
• Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant field (computer science, product management, design) or years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with expertise in shipping high-quality consumer products across multiple platforms
