• Design, build, and own critical components of AI-based text safety systems, focusing on usability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement robust AI services to ensure text quality across all Roblox properties, advancing AI systems infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions, and develop text safety quality metrics and evaluation tooling.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments
• A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
