Senior Software Engineer (Safety Foundation)

Join Roblox as a Senior Software Engineer on the Safety Foundation team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our platform. You will architect, implement, and grow the systems that enable the moderation of all content and interactions on Roblox, impacting over 100 million daily active users. You will work closely with various teams to translate platform needs into durable infrastructure and take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.

• 5+ years of experience building & operating backend services and/or distributed systems
• Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, NoSQL tech such as Cassandra, DynamoDB is a plus
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent experience
• Experience with or strong interest in building developer platforms
