Strategic Financial Analyst (Revenue)

Join Roblox as a Strategic Financial Analyst, Revenue. In this role, you will own core forecasting models and margin analytics, ensuring financial accuracy and translating complex margin dynamics into actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Tax, Payments, Accounting, and Data, and contribute to executive and board-level reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or business operations, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill robust datasets into concise and meaningful insights and trends
• At least 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or business operations or equivalent work experience
• Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a complex business with eagerness and motivation to make an impact on the business
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling, with a willingness to learn other tools & software languages. Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau or other analytical software is a strong plus, but not required
• An eye for efficiency and gravitate towards automating manual processes
• Exposure to emerging, high-growth companies in the technology or internet sectors
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other quantitative fields (math, science, finance/accounting)
