About The Role

Join Webflow, a leading web marketing platform, as a Senior Agentic Engineer. In this remote-first role, you'll shape the internal AI infrastructure and operational workflows, automate core processes, and drive responsible AI practices. You'll need 4-6+ years of experience in automation engineering or a technical program/operations role, deep AI fluency, and the ability to turn operational problems into working software.

Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows that automate core operational processes across Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights.
Build and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents that EPDI teams can leverage out of the box, ensuring quality, discoverability, and consistent patterns across the org.
Partner with EPD leaders and program teams to identify high-friction manual processes and turn them into reliable, AI-backed automations that balance usability, scalability, and business impact.
